摘要
对多发伤及其骨折的处理尚有争议,文献报道多趋向于早期手术治疗,本文复习了有关文献并报道北京急救中心按此方针治疗多发伤骨折患者159例,结果未发生脂肪栓塞、成人呼吸窘迫综合征、褥疮或深静脉炎等主要合并症,疗效满意。此外本文对治疗方针的确定和应需具备的条件、内固定方式的选择等进行了讨论。
How to decide the policy of fracture treatment in polytrauma patients is still controversial. Some reports in literatures tended to early operative treatment for fractures, However, this concept has not been accepted by most of the surgeons in China. In order to clarify and check this policy, literatures were reviewed and 159 cases of polytrauma patients with fractures treated with early internal fixation in Beijing Emergency Medical Center were reported. Satisfactory results were obtained without major complications, such as fat embolism, ARDS, bedsore or deep phlebitis, Discussion on the policy establishment and its necessary conditions were made. The selection of types of internal fixation was discussed also.
