摘要
1981年至1989年作者等应用移位再植与指节再造后再植两种方法先后为28例共34个合并较长节段缺损的断指实施了再植,全部成功。文中还对此类断指再植与方法选择作了较为详细的讨论与比较。
Thirty four severe fingers with knuckle defeets in 28 patients were replanted using heterotopic transplantation and knuckle reconstruction techniques from 1981 to 1989. It has obtained a combination of successful procedure and satisfactory result, the techniques are discussed in detall.
