摘要
我院1966年2月至1990年5月,收治食管破裂和穿孔69例,31例行手术修补,其中25例(80.6%)成功,6例(19.4%)失败,7例死亡。本文就病因与临床表现及其手术修补方法等进行了分析、讨论,强调早期诊断,及时修补对减少病死率至关重要。
Sixty-nine cases with esophageal rupture and perforation were reported from Feb, 1966 through May 1990 in this paper. Thirty-one cases were repaired surgically, of which 25 cases (80. 6%) successful, 6 cases (19. 4%) were failure and 7 cases died. The etiology and clinical manifestations were analysed. The authors emphasize that early diagonsis and surgical repair in time are most important for reducing the mortality of this disease. (Original article on page 155)
