摘要
通过大量实验并结合生产实际,总结了垂直分型无箱射压造型湿型铸钢件的生产工艺。重点对型砂工艺性能及其控制,模板及浇注系统的设计,进行了定性和定量的分析和探讨。
Throu gh a lot of experiments and combining with production practice, the production technology of vertical flaskless shoot-squeeze moulding in manufacturing of cast steel castings by green sand mould has been summarized. The technology property and control of moulding sand as well as the desidn of pattern plate and gating system have been briefly analyzed and discussed, qualitatively and quantitatively.
