摘要
在高锰钢的熔炼过程中,对于用含C、Mn不同的两种锰铁配制化学成分,使其达到目标值。采用本计算法可一次计算出两种锰铁的分别加入量,不仅大大缩短了计算的时间,而且能使Mn、C元素含量同时达到目标值。
In the smelting process of high manganese steel, by the use of two kinds of ferromanganese with different C and Mn contents for compounding chemical compositions to achieve the objective value, the amounts of the two kinds of ferromanganese to be added respectively could be calculated out at one time by use of this calculation method. It not only greatly shor tens the calculation time, but is also able to make the contentt of Mn and C achieving the objective value simultaneously.
