摘要
目前,国内约有500多条造型生产线在运行,其中约有400多条线仅为机械化流水线或简单机械化生产线。由于种种原因,相当数量的造型生产线已不适应优质铸件批量生产需要,急待进行更新改造。因气流冲击造型具有一系列优点,故非常适合用于旧造型生产线的更新改造。其方针是:立足国内,推广应用国产气流冲击造型设备;对策和方法是:根据产品和资金的具体情况,分别对待,部分改造。预计到2000年国内将有150条气流冲击造型线在运转。
At present, there are 500-odd moulding lines in operation in China. Among which, 400-odd moulding lines are only featured as m chanicel flow lines or simplely mechanical lines. For various reasons, considerable number of moulding lines is no longer suitabls for the batch production of high quality castings, and the renovations are in urgent need. Because there are serial aevantages featured in air impact moulding, so it is very much suitable for the renovation of existing moulding lines. The policy is: based on domesticand developing the use of air impact moulding equipment mede in China. The decision and measure are: in the light of specific conditions and funds, to treat separately and renovate partially. It is expected that there would be 150 air impact moulding lines in oceration at home by 2000.
