肿瘤排斥抗原SART1
Tumor rejection antigen SART1
摘要
T细胞识别的鳞状细胞癌抗原 (SART)是近年来从鳞状细胞癌中发现的肿瘤自身抗原 ,能特异性诱导HLA限制性细胞毒性T淋巴细胞 (CTL)产生杀瘤作用。SART1基因表达抗原蛋白SART 1 2 59和SART 1 80 0 。SART 1 2 59蛋白表达于多种肿瘤细胞细胞质 ,而在睾丸组织之外的正常组织不表达。从该抗原中得到的某些肽段能特异性诱导HLA限制性CTL产生杀瘤作用。
