年产3000～6000t球墨铸铁件的车间呋喃树脂砂造型生产线,其工艺流程和设备均为我国自行设计、创造的。该线自投产以来,设备运转正常。在生产中由设备的性能测定数据看,其主要设备已达到或接近国外同类型产品的性能。
The technology process and equip ment of the furan sand mold- ing line in the foundry shop with annual output of 3000—6000t nodunal iron castings were designed and manufactured domestically. Since the line went into operation, the equipment have run normally. In view of the test data of the performance of the equipment, the main equipment have reached or nearly reached the performance of the similar products made in foreign countries.
