摘要
通过研究湿型砂性能与成分关系的数学模型,探索计算机用于控制型砂的方法。提出的数学模型可用于根据型砂性能来计算型砂组成,并确定型砂配比以及根据型砂的已知成分预测型砂性能。实验值和计算值有很好的一致性。
Through studying on the mathe- matic model of the relation of the property and composition of the green sand, the paper probes into the method of using computer to control the molding sand, The mathematic model put out could be used for calculating the composition of the molding sand according to the property of the molding sand and determining sand mixture formulating, and predicting the sand property according to the know composition of the molding sand. The experimental data and calculating data have reached, excellent consistence.
