2型糖尿病C-反应蛋白、血脂、体重指数与胰岛素抵抗的关系 被引量：12

摘要 目的　探讨 2型糖尿病C -反应蛋白 (CRP)、血脂、体重指数 (BMI)与胰岛素抵抗 (IR)的关系。方法　检测 5 6例2型糖尿病患者C -反应蛋白、血脂、身高、体重、空腹血浆血糖、空腹胰岛素。利用HOMA -IR计算出简易胰岛敏感指数 ,并分为两组 ,分析两组的C -反应蛋白、血脂、体重指数的关系。结果　 2型糖尿病C -反应蛋白、甘油三酯、体重指数与胰岛素抵抗呈正相关 ,而高密度脂蛋白与胰岛素抵抗呈负相关。结论　对 2型糖尿病除控制血糖外 ,降低CRP与调脂治疗应成为
