摘要
目的 探讨腰大池持续引流治疗颅后窝手术后假性脑膜膨出的疗效。方法 对 9例颅后窝术后假性脑膜膨出者 ,局麻下选择L2～ 3椎间隙穿刺置管持续引流 ,枕部绷带加压包扎。结果 9例病人治愈 ,未见复发。引流过程未见颅内感染、出血及脑积水等并发症发生。
Objective To discuss the effecience of lumbocisterna continuous drainage in treating pseudomeningocele for postoperation of posterior cranial fossa.Methods There were nine cases in our group.All the patients were punctured in the space of lumbar second to third and inserted a catheter into the lumbocisterna for draining.All the patients occiput were bind by bandage with some pressure.Result All patients cured,in the process,no complications appeared,such as intracraninal hemorrhage,intracranial infection,hydrencephalus etc.Conclusion Lumbocisterna continuous drainage is a simple and effective method in treating pseudomeningocele for postoperation of posterior cranial fossa.
