摘要
介绍了烘干设备采用微机控制的工作原理、控制方式及调节算法、程序设计、实验分析等。采用微机控制后,只要把工艺曲线由键盘输入微机,即可实现自动监测、自动调节和自动控温。当烘干系统某部分出现故障时,并能自动显示和报警。
Workingprinciples,control mode and regulating calculation,program design and experimen-tal analysis in the baking equipment using microcomputer control are describedin this paper.Having used microcomputer control,automatic monitoring,auto-matic reguatinn and automatic temperature control could be realized,provided thtechnology curve is put into the computer through the key board.Besides,autmatic display and automatic monitoring will be carried out,as a stoppage appe-ars in some part of the baking system.
