摘要
通过分析PVC/铜复合异型材挤塑模流道内熔融PVC的流动行为,并结合PVC/铜复合异型材的成型特点,阐述了PVC/铜复合异型材挤塑模流道设计的基本原理和方法。重点讨论了口模参数的设计及其影响因素、复合点选取的依据及其优缺点,还就定型段、压缩段、分流段和发散段的设计进行了说明。结果表明,用这些原理和方法设计的PVC/铜复合异型材挤塑模流道使用效果很好。
The general principle and method of the design of flow channel in extrusion die for PVC/copper composite profiles are discussed through analyzing the flow performance of melted PVC in flow channel of the die for PVC/copper composite profiles and combining the molding characteristics. The design of the die parameter and its influence factors, conditions of selecting composite sites, and their advantages & defects are discussed specially. In addition, the designs of calibrating section compression segment, distributary block and feed part are expounded apart. The results showed that the flow channel in extrusion die for PVC/copper composite profiles designed with the principle and method had good effect.
