摘要
以小型医用药瓶为例,分析了挤出吹塑成型工艺方案,选用一台挤出机同时挤出多个管坯的方法对药瓶进行挤出吹塑成型,并对吹塑模具和挤出机头的设计进行了探讨,找到了提高中小型中空塑件的挤出吹塑成型生产效率的途径。
The molding technology about extrusion and blow molding is analyzed with diminutive-sized medical bottle as example. The method of extruding mulit-uncured hoses simultaneously with one extrusion machine is adopted. And the designs of blow mould and extrusion die are discussed accordingly. The approaches of increasing the extrusion and blow molding productivity about the diminutive and medium sized hollow plastic workpiece are found.
