摘要
本文总结分析了自1983年4月～1990年3月经纤维内镜检查发现.并经手术病理确诊的早期胃癌33例(其中小型,微小型胃癌9例)的临床症状、细胞学和组织学形态,着重探讨了早期胃癌内镜下表现及色素内镜应用对提高早期胃癌检出率的价值。
Endoscopic and cyto histological study of 33 cases of early gastric carcinoma collected from 1983 to 1990 in this hospital are reported. Nine of them were minute. Endoscopically,eminence ,irregularity ,erosion or depression on the gastric mucosa were the common features seen in early gastric carcinoma. It is helpful to recognize the lesions by vital stain-ing using methylene blue direct application.
