摘要
铁路物流中心规划方案是多层次、多目标的评价体系,在分析探讨铁路物流中心在设计过程中综合性能指标体系的前提下,提供了一种综合评价方法,即以二级模糊综合评判为框架,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定方案影响因素及子因素的权重。并用此模型对某市铁路物流中心规划方案进行综合评价分析,取得了较好的效果。
The evaluation of railway logistic center planning is a multi-hierarchy and multi-objective evaluation system. On the premise of analyzing and discussing the system of synthetic performance index to railway logistic center in the course of design, the essay puts forward a comprehensive evaluation method. In this method the two-stage fuzzy assessment is regarded as the frame, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied to determine the weight of the first and secondary influence factors. At last, the model is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of a certain railway logistic center plan in a city and a good results.
