螺旋折流板换热器壳程流体流动的数值模拟 被引量:23

Numerical simulation of shell fluid flow for helical baffle heat exchanger

摘要 在对螺旋折流板管壳式换热器结构和操作条件进行简化的基础上,采用计算流体动力学分析方法建立数学模型,并利用CFD分析软件FLUENT模拟换热器壳程流动特性,得到了换热器壳程流场分布的直观信息。对流体传热特性做了初步探讨,并比较了弓形折流板换热器和螺旋折流板换热器的流动特性,为这种换热器结构的优化和产品的研究开发提供一定的依据。 Computational fluid dynamics method and fluent code were applicd to simulate shell-side fluid of helical baffle heat exchanger. A simplified mathematic model based on some assumptions was used in the numerical simulation. The results describe the distribution of fluid flow field and pressure drop, which would provide helpful information and great convenience for the improvement of design of heat exchanger.
