摘要
本文讨论了用“原位法”制备的多纤维Cu-Nb复合材料的机性械能与Nb纤维体积分数、断面减缩比及退火温度的关系。Cu-30(体积)%Nb复合材料经横断面减缩比(R)=256的形变及900℃退火后,在室温下的极限抗拉强度为491兆帕,这一值比在同样条件下的无氧铜的强度高一倍。
The Mechanical properties of 'in-Situ' formed Cu-Nb multifilamentary composites have been studied as a function of a Nb filament volume fraction and annealing temperature.It was found that the samples of this Composite at a area reduction ratio of 256 after 900℃ annealing have achieved ultimate tensile strength value of 491 Mpa. This is double what it is for OFHC-Cu under the same conditions.
