摘要
本文通过浮选实验,ξ-电位和X-射线光电子能谱测定,研究了铜离子与闪锌矿和黄铁矿的作用机理。结果表明铜离子与硫化矿的作用与pH有关,在酸性介质中铜离子和硫化矿发生置换反应生成CuS,而在中性和碱性条件下,铜离子首先以羟合铜或氢氧化铜的形式在矿物表面迅速吸附或沉淀,然后这种羟合物再和硫化矿作用生成CuS。
The effect mechanism of copper ions on sphalerite and pyrite is studied by determining zeta potentials and XR photoeleetronic energy spectra in the flotation tests. The results obtained show the effect of copper ions on pyrite has relations with pH. In acidic medium, copper ions would reaet with sulphide minerals to form CuS, and in neutral and alkaline media, copper ions are adsorpted orprecipitated as hydroy-copper or copper hydroxide on the mineral surfaces. The hydroxyl-compounds react with sulphide minerals in turn to form CuS.
