摘要
尸体解剖、模拟骨折和复位试验研究跟骨骨折的结论是:维持复位的拉力约为体重的1/32,力的最佳方向是向前下方与足底成60°角。根据这个原理,设计了复位手法和在足底垫绷带卷用"8"字胶布固定的治疗方法。经用于临床,取得了满意的治疗效果。
The result of autopsy,simulated fracture and reposition tests revealed that the pulling force for maintaining reposition was 1/32 of the body weight;the optimum direction of the force was in- ferior forward which would form an angle of 60 degrees with the planta.Based on this principle,we de- signed the meth od of manual reposition,and then fixed with bandage fold and adhe sire in the shape of the letter'8'was placed under the planta.The curative effect was satisfactory.
