摘要
研究了取材时间及部位、培养基及激素、分化培养基形态、光照与温度、移栽等几个主要因素对浙贝母组织培养的影响。以解决组织培养快速繁殖在生产过程中遇到的难题。
This study treats of a number of main factors that hear on the tissue culture of F. thunbergii, such an collection time, parte of collection, media and hormones, Shape of differentiation media, illuminnation, temperature and transplanting, thus serving as a solution for the problem of fast reproduction in the process of tissue culture.
