摘要
人工紫芝和天然紫芝对大鼠角叉菜胶性关节炎和热烫法及醋酸致痛小鼠都有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。人工紫芝还能减轻小鼠耳肿胀和皮肤毛细血管通透性;明显抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿;提高小鼠网状内皮细胞的吞噬力;对大鼠胃粘膜无刺激性。
Both AFGS and natural Ganoderma sinense (NGS) have obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic efects for asthritis in rats induced by carrageenan and the pain reaction in mice induced by hot scalding as well as HAC-induced writhing. AFGS also can reduce the edematous swelling of mice's ears, reduce the capillary permeability of mice' skin and obviously inhibit cotton pellets granuloma implanted in rats. It can promote cytophagy capacity of the reticular endothelial cells in mice. No irritation on the gas ric mucosa in rats has been observed.
