摘要
用女贞子水煎剂15,30g/kg给小鼠灌胃10日,可以降低正常小鼠的血糖,对四氧嘧啶引起的小鼠糖尿病有预防及治疗作用,并可对抗肾上腺素或葡萄糖引起的血糖升高。
The decoction of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi(FLL)15, 30g/kg ig for 10 days significantly decreased the blood glucose level in normal mice. FLL 30g/kg before or after the treatment of alloxan also decreased the blood glucose level in alloxan diabetic mice. The elevation of blood glucose level induced by adrenaline or glucose was antagonized by FLL.
