摘要
随着中国社会由传统社会向现代社会的转型 ,社会阶层结构发生了变动 ,这一变动对中国社会带来了巨大的影响。其积极效应主要表现为 :社会阶层结构的变动推动了我国社会从身份到契约的转变 ;促进了社会成员在社会结构中的合理分布 ;推动了我国民主和法治建设的进程 ;具有一定的社会“激励”功能 ;
Along with the change in nature from China's traditional society to the modern society,the change has had much effect on China's society and changes have taken place in the social stratum.They also have promoted the reasonable distribution of the social members in the social structure,driven the progress of building our national democracy and legal.They have certain social motivational function,etc.They meet the social developing tendency on the modern world-wide range.
