本法具有快速、简便、成本低、以及对钙含量高的试样分析准确度优于分光光度法等优点。适用于各种矿区钨矿的选矿流程及硅酸盐中钨、钼的测定。
Two series of standard samples were prepared from the Mo and W concentrates, and gangue(garnet) of accurate chemical value. Samples were prepared by pelletizing the powders and with low pressure polyethylene as outer binding material. The direct determinations of W and Mo were carried out in a tungsten ore beneficiation flowsheet, with the scattering line as internal standard; and the correction for the matrix effect was made by the empirical coefficient method. It was found that this direct determination offered the advantages of rapid and simple operation, low cost as well as higher accuracy for the high calcium samples than spectrophotometry, and was suited for W and Mo in the beneficiation flowsheets of tungsten ore from different regions, as well as for W and Mo in silicates.
