摘要
鹿茸提取物对老年小鼠脑和肝MAO-B活性具有明显抑制作用,对MAO-A无明显影响,能明显增加老年小鼠脑5-HT,NE和DA含量;体外实验证明,鹿茸提取物对MAO-B为竞争性抑制,对MAO-A则为混合型抑制。
It was demonstrated that the water extract of Pilose Antler (WEPA) showed a higher inhibitory effect on MAO-B activities in the liver and brain tissues of aged mice, but nearly no effect on NAOA. WEPA could significantly increase the contents of 5-HT, NE and DA in the brain tissues of aged mice. In vitro experiments revealed that the inhibition of WEPA on MAO-B was competitive, but on MAO-A was of mixed-type.
