圆盘电泳结果指出,六种补胶都有一共同带,海龙胶在阴极端多一带。氨基酸分析表明,它们都有17种以上氨基酸,黄明胶含量最高,必需氨基酸含量阿胶最高。阿胶和海龙胶均无胱氨酸。阿胶、黄明胶、鹿角胶、鳖甲胶都有补血作用;海龙胶和龟板胶有升白细胞作用;鹿角胶有抗疲劳作用;鹿角胶和海龙胶可使胸腺增重。
