摘要
考察了用水重结晶时 ,溶液 pH值、温度、加热时间对尿囊素提纯收率的影响。通过用水重结晶可以得到含量高、晶形好的尿囊素产品。并对产品经元素分析和红外鉴定 ,证明其纯度 >99%。
The efffects of pH value,temperature and heating time on the recrystallization yield of allantoin are surveged.After recrystallization,high-purity and nice crystal form allantion is obtained.The purified product is characterized by elemental analysis and IR.The producion purity is up to more than 99%.
