DNA超细长弹性杆模型的动力学方程及其稳定性问题

摘要 对于DNA超细长弹性杆模型 ,给出运动和变形的几何关系 ,建立了动力学方程。在扰动方程基础上 ,给出了运动稳定性的定义和若干定理 ,明确了Kirchhoff方程的Lyapunov稳定性的概念以及与平衡稳定性的区别 。 The equations of deformation,kinematics and dynamics of a super-thin elastic rod,as modeling of DNA Supercoiling,are established in this paper.Based on perturbation equation,definitions and theorems on stability of the rod are obtained.It shows the difference in conceptions between Lyapunov stability of Kirchhoff equation on statics of a thin elastic rod and stability of equilibrium of the rod.
