通过金坛市旧城改造暨市民广场规划设计的典型案例,探讨了在当今城市建设条件下,如何确定旧城改造中“以新带旧”项目的城市设计策略,以及如何创造富有活力和人性尺度的市民广场。
By the case study of regeneration of Jintan old city and design of civic plaza, the paper discussed how to choose the urban design strategies and how to create a vivid civic plaza with human scale under current construction situation.
