摘要
颞颌关节紊乱综合症是口腔颌面部常见疾病之一。此病好发于中青年,多发生于单侧,少数可逐渐累及对侧。自1982年以来,我院采用穴位注射加针刺疗法治疗该病86例,取得满意效果,现报道如下。
The authors treated 86 cases of disturbance oftemporal-mandible joint by means of acu-injectionwith Compound Injectio of Angelica Sininsis intoXiaguan(St 7)and Tinggong(SI 19)alternativelyand acupuncture at Hegu(L.I 4)and Sanjian(L.L 3).Meanwhile,other 66 cases were treated forcontrol with simple acupuncture in the above points.It is found that acu-injection combined with acupun-cture has better effect and shorter duration therefore,remarkably superior to the control group.Acu-injeo-tion has the action of both acupuncture and mediestion.
