摘要
笔者从1990年7月至1991年3月采用颈肩四穴挑拨方法治疗颈椎病108例,近期疗效显著,特总结如下。临床资料本组108例中男40例,女68例。年龄22～30岁16例,31～40岁32例,41～50岁32例。
The author selected 2 groups of points.1) Chong-gu,and Jianjing(GB 21);and 2)Dazhui(GV14)and Fufen(B 41)to treat 108 cases of cervicalspondylosis with fibre cutting method.To start with,2% procaine was injected into the points to make asubcutaneous papula for local anesthesia,then a№ 7 or 9 injecting needle was thrusted in the pointsas deep as 0.5 to 1 cun,the needle tip was liftedobliquely upward and the needle body was inclinedat the angle of 50 degree,so some subcutaneousmuscle fibres were cut,and a few drops of bloodlet and at last the incision was covered with alcoholcotton-ball for one day.The method was performedtwice a week.The two groups were alternated.Onetreating course was made up of 4 sessions.Among108 cases,76 were short-termly cured(70.37%),29 markedly offcctive (26.85%).3 improved(2.78%)and the total effect was up to 100 percent.
