摘要
祖国医学治疗冠心病的方法颇多。特别是针刺疗法屡有报导,但对灸法治疗冠心病报导甚少。本文对62例冠心病患者心电图ST-T 及 Q-Tc、HR 指标进行了灸治前后疗效对比,并与31例针刺治疗冠心病疗效做了治疗前后疗效对比观察,现总结如下。
The article elaborates the comparison on the in-dices of ST-T,Q-TC,and HR of E.C.G in 62CHD patients before and after their treatment withmoxibustion.Meantime 31 CHD patients were trea-ted with acupuncture for control.Neiguan(P 6)andDanzhong(CV 17)etc.were prescribed in both gro-ups.After the retention of needles for 20 minutes,the immediate,30-minute and 60-minute observationwere performed on the above indices.The result sho-wed that after the moxibustion ST-T was notablyraised(P<0.05),Q-Tc noticeably shortened(P<0.001) and HR markedly reduced(P<0.001).Com-paring with acupuncture,no marked differencewas found in the value difference of the indices ofheart function,indicating that moxibustion can ob-tain the same effect as that by acupuncture in thetreatment of coronary heart disease.
