摘要
我院对50例慢性及急性阑尾炎行针刺麻醉阑尾切除术,效果良好。小结如下。一般资料50例中,男19例,女31例。年龄17～64岁,20～40岁占82%。职业:体力劳动42例,
50 cases of acute or chronical appendicitispatient were undergone appendectomy under acupun-cture anesthsia.Four to six sensative points in rightlower part of the abdomen were selected to be stimu-lated.Needles with length of 1.5 cun were inserteddeeply into the peritoneum then connected to theapparatus model G6805.Electrical stimulation with afrequency of 100kHz,strength be able to bear wasgiven through needles for 20-30 min.then stoppedand needles were withdrawn.In the same time,Dolan-tinum of 1mg/kg was injected intravenouly.Beforeconducting the mesoappendix,1-2ml of Pr(?)cain0.25-0.50% was injected into the root of the mesoa-ppendix.Results were as follows:In 28 cases ofchronical appendicitis patient,10 cases got excellentanesthsia effect,17 cases with good effect,onlyone failure, the excellent and good effective ratewas 96%;In 22 cases of acute appendicitis patient,4 cases with excellent effect and 18 cases with goodeffect,the excellent and good effective rate was100%.
