镁基非晶贮氢电极合金的研究现状与展望 被引量:2

State-of-art and prospect of performance of Mg-based amorphous hydrogen storage alloy

摘要 综述了Mg基贮氢电极合金最新的研究情况,总结了目前对提高Mg基合金综合性能所进行的探索,如理论研究中的Mg基非晶合金的电化学性能,容量衰退的原因与模型,实践研究中的复合改性、多元合金化方法等。认为改善镁基电极合金的容量和循环充放电性能,必须走多元合金化的路线并继续深入研究有关的基础理论,从而更有效地指导合金化:发展多元合金化的非晶态Mg-Ni型合金和非晶、纳米晶Mg2 Ni型合金以及球磨、烧结、溅射等多种制备工艺的复合和优化。 The new research progress in Mg-based hydrogen storage alloy was reviewed, improvement of synthetical properties of Mg-based amorphous hydrogen storage alloy were summarized, such as electrochemistry property, reasons of capacity degradation and model of Mg-based hydrogen storage alloys in theoretical study, and multi-component alloying method in practical study. The results show that multi-component alloying method and the research of the related basic theories are necessary for improving capacity and cyclic charge and discharge performance of Mg-based electrode. And then they can indicate alloying effectively; develop multi-component alloying amorphous Mg-Ni, alloy of amorphous, nanometer Mg-Ni and ball milling; and develop compounding and optimizing methods of many preparing technologies, such as ball milling, sintering and splashing.
