摘要
按时取穴针法是针灸学领域中传统的取穴方法之一。近年来,其独特的临床疗效已被实践所证实,为了寻求按时取穴针法的科学机理,人们在大量的临床验证疗效的基础上,对子午流注纳甲,纳子。
The treated group was given the acupuncturewith eight methods of intelligent turtle while thecontrlo group was treated with acupuncture by meansof prescribing points based on the differentiation.The observation was conducted on the clinical effectof isehemic apoplexy and the change of the indicesof nail fold microcirculation and blood rheology.Theresult showed that the clinically-basic-cure rate andthe total effective rate were respectively 32.26% and93.55O/o in the treated group and those of 21.88%and 93.75% respectively in the control group.Thereis no noticeable difference between the two groups.But the indices of nail fold microcirculation andblood theology have been markedly improved afterthe treatment.This method,however has the meritsof selecting less points,easily performing,and hig-her cured rate.
