摘要
调节保证计算是水电站设计中的重要内容之一。工程中有不少改善调节保证参数的措施,其中采用导叶折线关闭方式的措施最经济,而且技术上容易实现,已在水电站中广泛采用。如何使导叶折线关闭方式中拐点的位置和导叶的关闭时间最优,是确定导叶折线关闭方式的关键。为此,采用最优化技术中的单纯形加速法对水轮机导叶折线关闭方式进行了优化计算,从而确定出折线关闭方式中拐点的位置和导叶的关闭时间,使得在此关闭方式下的压力上升值和转速上升值最小。
The guaranty calculation of regulation is one of the important contents in the design of hydropower plant. There are many measures for ameliorating the parameters in the engineering. The broken-line shut mode of guide blade is the most economical and can be easily realized technically so it has been applied popularly. However, bow to optimize the inflexion position of broken-line and shut time of guide blade is the key. This paper adopts Single Acceleration Method of optimization technology to optimize the broken-line shut mode of guide blade, finds out the inflexion position of broken line and shut time, make the rise value of pressure and speed to be least.
