摘要
介绍了造纸过程计算机模拟软件PAMSIM的结构、程序设计以及应用示例。PAMSIM用于造纸过程的静态和动态模拟,是造纸工厂辅助设计计算、优化生产操作条件、优化过程控制方案、生产分析与管理的有用工具。
This paper presents a new computer simulator PAMSIM fur papermaking process, it's structure, programmes and application, PAMSIM is a simulator for steady-state simulation and dynamic simulation and a useful tool for computer aided design calculation, optimizing process operation condition, optimizing control system, analyzing and managing production process. PAMSIM has been proved through actual use that; (a) the use of 'modular method', that makes it easy to constitute steady state or dynamic simulation system for any paper making process, and the concise data format could be easily understood and used by user; (b) the use of check and handle mistake technigue makes the simulation results accurate and reliable; (c) there are fulfill various kinds of data processing modulars and displaying plot of the dynamic simulation directly; (d)it will be convenient for developing new modulars and further use.
