摘要
本文指出现有ZWQ型盘纸分切机设计上的不合理性,提出了现代高速盘纸分切机的新颖结构与设计思维。并对恒线速控制、恒张力控制、自动纠偏系统、舒展装置和自动计数器的设计原理和特点作了论述。 笔者认为,尽快地消化、吸收引进技术,开发出新一代的高速盘纸分切机具有较大的经济和社会效益。
In this paper the unreasonable design of existing type ZWQ bobbin slitter is pointed out. And then a new structure and design concept of modern high speed bobbin slitter are presented. Also some design principles and characteristics such as constant speed control system, constant tension control system, edge positioning control system, curved roll unit and auto counter are discussed.It is necessary to digest and assimilate the imported advanced techniques. The development of next generation high speed bobbin slitter will produce more economic and social benefits.
