摘要
本文对RDH蒸煮方法的操作过程与原理进行了介绍。此种方法除了能减少汽耗以外,更重要的是在保持纸浆强度的基础上降低纸浆的硬度,以期便于采用低毒性无毒性的漂白流程。
The innovations of kraft pulping with continuous or batch process were reviewed,and particularly the theory and the operation of RDM cooking process were introduced in this paper. Besides decreasing steam consumption, the main advantage of RDH process is to produce the pulp with lower kappa value but without affacting its strength, therefore low-toxin or non-toxin bleaching processes can be used for those pulps with lower kappa value. The development of low-toxin or non-toxin bleaching process were also discussed in detail.
