摘要
制备了麦草纤维细胞磨草木质素(MFL)和薄壁细胞磨草木质素(MPL)试样,对木质素试样进行了物理和化学分析。研究结果表明:MFL较MPL活性官能团含量高,平均分子量低,是导致纤维细胞在碱性介质中脱木质素速度较薄壁细胞快的重要原因。
Milled fiber lignin (MFL)and milled parenchyma lignin(MPL) were isolated from wheat straw fiber cells and parenchyma cells respectively. MFL and MPL were characterized by functional group analysis, molecular weight determination and oxydative degradation. The study showed that MFL has a higher active group content and a lower average molecular weight than MfL. It is the main reason why the delignification speed of the fiber cells is greater than that of the parenchyma cells iri alkaline medium.
