摘要
本文介绍了用一种简易方法合成出阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)的系列产品。本文研究了不同APAM的分子量、取代度、用量和其它添加剂对几种纸浆增强的影响。结果表明APAM对纸浆的纤维结合强度有明显的作用,尤其是耐折度。调节适当的条件,能够节约一些长纤维木浆,生产某些种类的纸张。
An anionic polyacrylamide (APAM-8701) were synthesised in a simple method. Dry-strength improvements of various pulp furnish with different molecular weight,substitution degree,dosage of APAM and other additives were studied. The results showed that there are obvious effects of APAM-8701 on pulps in improving fiber bonding strength, especially folding endurance.By means of controlling approporiate conditions, therefore, it can save long fibre wood pulp in producing some kinds of paper.
