摘要
本文扼要地介绍了00Cr26Ni8Mo3Ti新型高强度(σ_(0.2)≥685MPa级)耐海水腐蚀不锈钢各项性能试验结果。该钢具有优良的综合机械性能,在海水或氯化物介质中有极好的耐蚀性,明显优于国内现有奥氏体不锈钢0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti和沉淀硬化不锈钢17-4PH,是一种性能优良的新型结构材料,适用于要求高强度和耐腐蚀的轴类件、杆件和紧固件。
A new high strength (minimum 0.2% offset Yield strength of 685MPa) and seawater resistant stainless steel 00Cr26Ni8M03Ti is briefly described. Based on its excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and extremely good corrosion resistance in seawater and chloride-containing environment, the steel has obvious merits over 0Cr18Ni12M02Ti, austenite stainless steel and 17-4PH, a precipitation hardening stainless steel. It is suited for such application as shafts, rods and fasterners for which high strength and corrosion resistance are reguired.
