摘要
为探讨运动心脏的形态学特征,本文对经过跑台耐力训练的大鼠心室内膜下心肌进行了组织学、酶组织化学及超微病理学研究。结果表明,较大强度的耐力训练可引起实验大鼠内膜下心肌组织、细胞结构的一系列缺氧性改变。提示内膜下心肌是运动心脏的易损部位。
In order to obtain morphological characteristics of sports heart, 21 female 2-month-old Sprague-Dawleyrats were divided into 3 groups, sedentary grouy, up-hill running group and down-hill running group(electric treadmill). After 16 weeks, rat's subendocardium were processed for histology, enzymichistochemistryand ultrapathology. The results showed that immediately after training, subendocardium of left and rightventricles produced some early hypoxic changes in H&E, HBFP and 2RG stained specimen, that the activityof SDH histochemical reaction decreased, and the activities of LDH and ACP reaction enhanced, and that themitochondria, myofibril and intercalated disc showed some ultrapathological changes. Those changes suggestedthat the subendocardium was the vulnerable area of sports heart for overload training.
