摘要
探讨了灌区在未采取大规模工程改造措施之前,首先应采取灌溉节水措施。这些技术是水利措施与农业措施紧密结合,既能高效节水,又能避免对水土环境的不利影响,持续高产,符合水利可持续发展的要求。
This paper discusses the measure to save water for irrigation should be primarily adopted before the largescale project reformation measure being adopted in irrigation area.These techniques which can not only save water in a high active way but also avoid the demerit effect,make high production to coincide with hydraulic continuable development demand.And these techniques combines hydraulic measure with agricultural one tightly.
