摘要
随着我国城市化进程的加速发展,围绕以城市为中心的供水、排水、水环境保护与防洪排涝等水资源管理问题日益突出。通过对这些问题的具体分析,探讨问题的根源和解决问题的对策。
As the accelerative development of Chinese urbanization process, the problems about city water supply drainage, water environment maintainence and flood control, drainage and series of water management has increasingly protended.According to analysis to these problems, this paper tries to find the cause and suggests the countermeasure.
