摘要
本文根据80年代后期至90年代初,国内外膜技术在油脂工业中的最新研究动态,从膜技术在油料蛋白工艺、油料浸出工艺及油脂加工工艺等方面的应用进行阐述。
This paper,based on the recent trends of membrane applications and research in oil and fat in dastry from later stage of 1980s till initial stage of 1990s,discusses the applications of membrane technology from three aspects of the oilseed protein,oilseed extraction and oil-fat processing.
