摘要
介绍一种采用80C552单片机为核心控制单元的注浆监测系统。系统监测终端采集密度计、流量计的变送信号,通过A/D转换成为数字量,并进行相应的数据处理,显示、打印输出,所有的监测数据都可以通过MODEM传送到上位机,实现了注浆过程的在线监测和远程监测。
This paper mainly introduces the monitoring system based on the control unit of 80C552 SCM for grouting. The monitoring terminal of the system samples the transited signals from the density meter and flow meter, converts the signals into digital by A/D converter and then deals with the relevant data process, display and print. All the monitoring data can be transmitted to upper computers by MODEM, thus implementing the on-line monitoring and remote monitoring for grouting.
