摘要
开展毒物分析12年共119例,检出毒物28种。总结出开展此工作的步骤和方法,并总结了薄层层析法在毒物分析中的广泛应用和体会。还从多年实践中摸索出常服毒物的酸化或碱化的提取法及它们在硅胶G薄板的展开剂、Rf值。
TLC method was established for analyzing 119 Cases of poisoning drugs. from which poisons of 28 Kinds were detected.The analyzing procedures were described.
