摘要
本文提出了电阻抗法测定大输液微粒的电化学观念,指出采用电阻抗法应进行电解质或还原剂调整。并将电阻抗法和滤过—显微镜法进行了对照实验,认为两者检测数据无显著性差异。
The electrochemical conception about limit test for particulate matter in large-volume parenteralinjections with ESZM was mentioned in this artical. It was pointed out, the adjustment of electrolyte orreductant should be done before test with ESZM. We compared the test results of ESZM with filter-microscope method, and come to the conclusion that there was no significative difference between them.
